It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a Stay Home Saturday- but we’re definitely still doing them! This past weekend we had a baking project and made conversation heart cupcakes!

I used all pre-made items because … mom life – and luckily there are SO many options for Valentine’s Day right now. I originally purchased that white cookie icing but I preferred white icing in a ziploc to write with because I was able to make thinner strokes.

Charlotte absolutely loves being able to participate whenever she can. It makes her feel like such a big girl and I love seeing her smile!

We use this learning tower to help her stand up in the kitchen and feel involved. It’s been such a game changer!

I’ve shared a couple times but these are our favorite bows and her outfit is from SweetHoney! They will probably forever be my favorite children’s boutique because the clothes are so unique and colorful!

For this recipe, we basically just baked the funfetti cupcakes to box instruction and then poured them into this heart cake pan from Target. If you’re in a hurry, heres another heart mold option from Amazon Prime!

After baking and cooling, I cut the top of the cupcake off so that it was flat! We loved eating the muffin tops 🙂

Add some icing (I used three different colors and added some white into the bright colors to make them a little more pastel) and then write with whatever sayings you want!

Have fun baking!
